Are there returns/exchanges on items I purchase from PADI Gear?

What is the turn around time on orders?

For standard, in stock items, you can expect the item to ship within 1 business day after the order is placed online. For Standard Ground shipments, most orders are delivered within one week.Orders ship from San Diego, California. The quoted shipping on the site is good for the continental 48 states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be billed actual shipping.

Are Shipping costs for returns included?

Please email padigear.americas@padi.com and we will organize returns here. If you are based within the US we will provide you with a return label. If you are outside of the US then we may ask you to pay for the return shipping cost.

What forms of payment is accepted online?

You may use the following forms of payment for your online purchase: PayPal, Google Pay, American Express, Discover, Diners Card, Master Card and Visa.

Order Details

After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation.

Your credit card is charged when your order is processed.

If any of your items are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified promptly by email and you will not charged for that item until it is shipped.

Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've placed, please use the form on our contact us page soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but items that have already been processed for shipment cannot be canceled and must be returned or exchanged.

Privacy

We do not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your consent, unless those third parties have agreed to our confidentiality provisions and only use the information to help us operate the site, or as we are required by law to disclose such information. We may post links to third party sites on our site. Once you click on a link you may be sent outside of www.padigear.com. Information you give outside of www.padigear.com is not protected by our privacy policy. We don't share our mailing lists with anyone and will not send you any unsolicited email.

Padigear.com maintains reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information, to protect the personal information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure. Nonaffiliated third parties are contractually obligated to maintain strict confidentiality, and are not permitted to use your personal information for marketing purposes, or for any purpose other than that we have requested of them.
